The Metal & Plastics Technology Division (MK) covers the complete manufacturing facilities of HUMMEL AG. On a production floor space of over 4,500 m2, HUMMEL products in particular are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008:

• cable glands,
• circular connectors,
• industrial enclosures,
• ventilating valves,...

In addition, these manufacturing facilities make it possible to provide special solutions, tailor-made to customers' requirements. With our advanced machinery and plant, and the proficiency acquired from 60 years of metal and plastics processing, we fabricate special components to customers' specifications, including those for other well-known manufacturers, for instance heating circuit distributors, for electronics and automobile component suppliers, for musical instruments and for optoelectronics.

By doing so, HUMMEL underlines not only its own product quality, but also provides customers with HUMMEL quality for their own products.

The MK Division currently employees over 100 workers.

non-ferrous metals (brass, aluminium, nickel silver, red bronze, etc.),

Tool mould making:
in our in-house toolmaking department, all internal and external injection moulding and die-casting machines are built and maintained.

As a rule, all parts made to customers' specifications are supplied free of grease, oil and swarf.
