HUMMEL AG is also present in Brazil through its own subsidiary Hummel Connector Systems Ltda, located in Tatui, São Paulo State.

The company was established in 2000 in Boituva as the Hummel sales and distribution centre for Brazil and Latin America, comprising the electro-technic Hummel products in its range.

In 2003 HCS-BR started the injection of the Ecotec poliamide line of cable glands, specially fit to the local and regional markets.

In 2007 HCS-BR opened the new facility in Tatui HCS-BR and increased its response capacity to the market, through better telemarketing,  injection production and logistics to its customers.

In 2009 HCS-BR started its metal turning sector which enabled the local production of metal glands, commonly applied in several rough fields of the brazilian market, as in oil platforms and refiniries.

Hummel Connector Systems offers in its product line the leading Hummel industrial cable glands and its variations for hazardous areas, circular connectors, flexible conduit systems, industrial enclosures manufactured in different materials and multi cable transit systems (MCT).

The company actuates in important market segments, as machine and equipment manufacturers, oil platforms and refineries, automation and electric projects, automobile and train industry and petrochemical industry.
