From now on HUMMEL offers standard cable glands of the HSK-K series in black from a plastic material that complies with the ULf1 Standard. The newly developed plastic is suitable for outdoor applications. Examples of such applications are solar heating, solar power and wind power facilities.

Particularly due to the increased ultraviolet component of sunlight, this area is of increasing importance. In order to meet market demands our cable glands were optimised for these specific requirements.
