In addition to the existing control programme, HUMMEL presents the new MASTER control series for 36 to 60 controlled areas at the K-Fair 2010 (International trade fair for plastic and rubber). With its modular design, similar to the traditional sliding units, these devices offer the highest degree on flexibility and are very service-friendly. The sixfold control card can be exchanged within seconds.

The 12 inch touchscreen coloured display ensures ease of use and the best possible clarity. All nominal values and actual values, as well as the output will be displayed in plain text and as bar chart for 24 zones each. Low and excessive temperatures will be highlighted in two different colors, and is easy to distinguish by the user.

Six menus are available for the operation, which offer, amongst other things, the generation of groups of multiple zones and a diagnostic tool for testing the wiring of the connected hot channels. The respective help text can be called up from the menu; therefore, an instruction manual is not necessary for the production.

The extremely precise, self-optimizing control system recognizes the connected consumer during very first heating process and it adjusts itself to the respective characteristics. This ensures ease of operation with all current heat channel systems.

The comprehensive error detection system monitors and reliantly protects the connected heat channel. Any malfunction will be easy to recognize by the user.
