We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bernd Hotze as our new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Hotze started his role with us on October 1, 2024, and will join Patrick Kemper in completing our executive board. He succeeds Michael Nörr, who stepped down from the board in June 2024.
With over 30 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and service in the field of factory automation, as well as in machinery and plant engineering, Bernd Hotze brings valuable expertise to our company. His recent focus has been on the internationalization of medium-sized companies. In his new role at HUMMEL AG, he will utilize his extensive knowledge to drive our global growth strategy and further strengthen our brand.

The 59-year-old Bernd Hotze has achieved numerous successes throughout his career, including the realignment of global sales organizations, the implementation of digital sales processes, and the establishment of international service and sales structures. “I am very excited to be part of HUMMEL AG and to work with the team to tackle future challenges. My goal is to further expand the company’s innovative strength and create sustainable value,” says the Freiburg native.
