The Supervisory Board mandate of Dr Reinhard Volk will end as planned on 31 May 2025. Dr Volk has enriched and successfully developed the Board with his extensive experience over 7 years. We would like to thank him most sincerely and wish him all the best for the future.
We welcome Michael Matthesius as a new member of the Board as of 1 June 2025. The 58-year-old graduate engineer (FH) in electrical engineering and technical business economist comes from near Hanover and looks back on a long career as Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer and Division Manager in renowned companies in the field of automation technology such as Weidmüller Interface, Theben AG and Cooper Industries.
We look forward to welcoming Mr Matthesius to HUMMEL.
