Patrick Kemper is the new CEO of HUMMEL AG in Denzlingen. As Chief Operation Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he is responsible for Operations, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources. In this newly created Management Board position, he represents HUMMEL AG together with the Chairman of the Management Board Michael Nörr (CEO/CSO).
Patrick Kemper has a degree in economics and grew up in the Munich and Nuremberg area. He previously held various positions at international companies, including management responsibility for foreign subsidiaries. Mr. Kemper has extensive experience in both technical and commercial disciplines and has successfully implemented international projects in the areas of organizational development, business development and digitalization/automation.
The previous CFO Volker Höchel will retire and leave the Management Board of HUMMEL AG as planned on October 31, 2023 after the handover has taken place.
