On January 1, 2026, we welcomed five commercial apprenticeship trainees from Gütermann GmbH in Gutach-Breisgau to our headquarters in Denzlingen. At the end of 2025, the company announced that it would be reducing its workforce. With this step, HUMMEL AG is not only securing training positions, but also sending a clear signal of responsibility and solidarity in the region.
It was clear to us from the beginning that we wanted to take responsibility and create new opportunities. That is why we enabled the trainees to continue their apprenticeship seamlessly with us. Based on their previous level of training, they were fully integrated into our existing structures.

We have been actively committed to training young professionals for many years. At our location in Denzlingen, we currently offer several commercial and technical apprenticeships.
By recruiting these five trainees, we are making an active contribution to securing the supply of skilled workers and underlining our strong regional ties.
